  • Many of our offerings, including but not limited to *Vaastu remedies, energized products, spiritual items, customized or consecrated products, are prepared or energized specifically for the customer and therefore *cannot be resold or reused.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

A replacement or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective or physically broken.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Reporting a Damaged / Incorrect Product

4. Resolution Process

  • Once the request is received, our team will review the details within 3–5 working days.
  • If the request is approved:
  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A refund will be initiated (only if replacement is not possible).

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after approval.

5. Non-Eligible Cases (No Return / No Refund)

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Minor color, design, or size variations (natural variations may occur in spiritual or handcrafted items).
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Products that have been used, energized, worn, installed, or tampered with.
  • Delay in reporting beyond 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched.
  • For customized, energized, or special-purpose products, cancellation is not allowed after order placement.
