While working on projects, she observed a striking pattern – despite investing substantial wealth into beautifying their homes, many individuals continued to face challenges in Health, Wealth, Career, Relationships, and Education. This led her to explore deeper solutions, bringing her to the study of Vaastushastra. She got training from more than 15 institutes, gaining diverse knowledge that she later synthesized into her own structured methodology and course. Recognizing the practical limitations of traditional Vaastu corrections, Dr. Nadkarni innovated remedies that can be implemented with minimal to no structural changes, making Vaastu accessible, non-invasive, and highly effective in enhancing the energy of a space.
Nishtha began her journey as a professional trainer at the age of 13 and started practicing Tarot at 15. By 17, she had expanded into multiple spiritual and therapeutic modalities.

Now at 22, she continues to work as a healer, educator, and guide, combining psychology, spirituality, and experiential learning to support transformation at all levels.
